First of all. I want to say that I am truly sorry. I use to work for that company, but I now realize how horrible that company is.

Now CCS is the biggest scam I have ever seen. First they will tell you all you need to know about the company, except for the fact that the employees are all horrible. This company will hire anyone off the street.

I unfortunately had to go work there, but I did realize how much of a scam it is. They ask you for $199.99 of your own money for something you have never seen before. They tell you that you're not paying for the credit, but it's only for a membership (to purchase items you have never seen before which are way too high in the first place).

Then they tell you that you have thirty days to try 2 benefits for $99.99 each. Then they tell you that there is a $99 annual fee on top of that. Now they will try to calm your nerves by telling you that they OFFSET the annual fee and "membership" fee by giving you both of those fees back in credit once you purchase a certain dollar amount so many times.

Now let's think about it. 199.99 + (2 x 99.99) + 99= $498.97 So you are paying $498.97 before you even get the package. Oh but if you want it delivered to your house UP TO 2 weeks earlier, then they can charge you another $19.99 for Rush Processing. And that only makes it 3 - 4 weeks instead of 4 - 6 weeks.

Then they will tell you that the benefits are "optional" but they make you have them at first. They tell you that they can't cancel those benefits right away, but you can write to them before your thirty day trial period is over, and they will cancel them for you.

Now on top of all of this... CCS is rude to their employees. The Call Center Manager yells at the team managers for not scamming enough people, then the Managers yell at the team for not scamming enough people. So if theydon't scam people, then every get's yelled at. Then the employees have to work 12 hours on Mondays and Tuesdays.... but they only get half an hour break with 2 ten minute breaks.

And to top all of that off......... the Owner is filthy stinking rich. He has 2 Bentley's and the other owner has 2 Yukons that are top of the line. Those two Bentley's alone cost $1,000,000. Yet they can only afford to pay their employees $6.50/hour. This place is the WORST place that I have ever worked at. They told me that I could either quit or get fired, so I quit. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!

Very Conscerned,

Joseph
