Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
If you have been scammed by CCS, change your bank account number, notify your bank, do everything you can to stop them from taking your money. They will not stop on their own.
I have been dealing with CCS taking money from my account for 3 years now. I have even shut down my account, started a new one...they still get in. My bank is investigating CCS for fraud now.
Do everything you can to keep this company out of your bank account, they have no morals, they refund nothing, they never receive letters, phone calls get cut off...they are a nightmare!

Since writing this complaint, I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission in Nevada as well as the Better Business Bureau in Nevada. They acted on my behalf and caused CCS to refund me a total of $248.00 for various fees and debits to my account that were unauthorized. I suggest doing the same for anyone who is having a negative experience with CCS.
The Federal Trade Commission has a website as well as the BBB, where you can lodge complaints.
