I received a card in the mail with a 6,500-credit limit. I did not want this card nor did I want the card activated. I called the number to let them know this. The only number listed in the paper work is the activation number. I called it and the operator said he would have to have the card number and approval code to identify me, I repeatedly told him not to activate the card. He gave me a number to call and deactivate the card. I was mad a told him " I told you not to activate the card!" He said he didn't and I would have to call 1-888-877-1267 that was busy of course! Then I called back and I was given another number 1-800-642-1760 and I was on hold forever until they just hung up on me! I called back and I received yet another number 1-888-884-0017 no answer as well. If the card was activated with out my approval how do I defend my self?

Thank you
