This rip off card company (?) nearly got me to fall for the scam as well as others. Do not believe anything that is in the letter.
Send the card back and be sure to have a person at their so called company sign for it as proof of your action. Next tell your post office and the better business bureau of the scan and rip off someone is trying to do.
