If you have been keeping up, I have waged a personal war against the scam artist Greg Bohl and his company Consumer Credit Services of America. Here are the latest detail. The US Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee, Middle District of Florida has sought monetary sanctions and injunctive relief agains Mr. Greg Bohl and including his cohort Claudia Montalvo and his company inclusive of an injunction against their further acting as Bankruptcy Petition Preparers with respect to cases and/or documents prepared in the Middle District of Florida.

What does this mean? He has to return my money and has to pay additional and can no longer act as a petition preparer in the Middle District of Florida. If you reside in another state you can get a copy of this Motion (it is public record) and ask for the same type of filing in regards to Mr. Bohl and the region that you reside in. I know there are many that have been scammed and you reside all over the U.S. but I did a lot of foot work to get the attention pointed to this guy and that is what is required. I was initially thinking about a class action but I got better results from the Federal branch. It was not about the money, which according to recent bankruptcy filings by Mr.Bohl he doesn't have any. Yes, his website is still up and he keeps changing phone numbers and he has numerous addresses. But he is traceable.

I was also scammed by this so called "Greg Bohl" and what makes things bad is I was told about him by one of my creditors that is trying to garnish my wages. I am a single mom with two kids and living from paycheck to paycheck. I struggled just to get that $195 to him. I pray that this snake gets everything that he deserves.

I don't trust any ad that is published on the internet now thanks to this criminal. If you google "Greg Bohl" you will pull up a case regarding him in Central California. I also asked this rip-off to give me my money back.

I have yet to hear from him. Not to mention I called several times and left several messages with my home and cell numbers. But nobody called, why should he they got what they wanted. I want to see this dirt bag brought down. I would do anything to see this man brought to justice.

I am willing to travel to any length and any state to see this con artist off the street. He is still scamming people. He scammed me and I was already in debt. That was the reason for attempting to file the bankruptcy. Now I am further in debt because I borrowed the money to pay this sucker. The only one closer to debt-free is him. Now I have to pay the loan and the other prior debts still.

This is not funny and not a joke. What would he do if it happened to him? He sends in his house/car payment and the company puts it in their pocket and still repos the collateral. Would that be funny? I am disabled and was trying to eliminate some debt so that I could take care of my family a little better. My check doesn't make ends meet with the prior bills before my disability.

MR. BOHL'S (if that's your name) if the ones you ripped off don't come to justice with you, The LORD above will and you can't run and hide from him. I hate to be you on JUDGEMENT DAY!!! If you still from the disabled, you are really low down. If anyone gets any more information on this crook or wishes to persue further actions, please let me know.

I am very interested in any action that can be taken against Mr. Bohl. I only wish I would have found this site before I gave him my money!!

Today I had the pleasure of further explaining to a Federal judge the wonderful adventures of Mr.Bohl and his organization. He will be sending them some court documents for them to ignore. Mr.Bohl I am going to get justice and the funny thing is I am not even and attorney. So imagine what will happen when a real one gets on my liitle bandwagon. I see you have found the time to place more rebuttals. That lets me know you are still actively scamming people out of their money. I will keep people posted on how my private campaign is going. You just keep posting those rebuttals.

I was reading the rebuttal Mr.Greg Bohl placed on July 11 2006. Which surprises me because myself, an attorney and a federal judge have made numerous attempts to contact him to no avail. But, he has the audacity to defend his sham of a company. Benjamin of Pittsburgh everyword you stated is absolutley true as I had the same experience with this so called organization. Only difference is I paid cash to Mr.Bohl's account at Bank of America. I still have this nice piece of information if you need. What I propose is that we find others that have been duped by Mr.Bohl and get a worthwhile attorney to represent us in a Class Action lawsuit. Seeing as we live in different states I know we meet the initial parameters for such a suit. Mr.Bohl's has messed up, in that I willing to exhaust every avenue possible to see that he is brought to justice. Some may say, it's just $195. But, how many times does he need to run this little scam to make that $195 into hundreds of thousands. Filing bankruptcy is not done strictly by rich individuals and corporations. Some of us actually need this as an avenue to survive and sustain ourselves and families. Mr.Bohl you have met a worthy oppenent and I am looking for partners!!
