CCS Credit Collection Services, Credit Control Services Various names, various addresses, various numbers D/b/a Massachusetts-among Others Nationwide Delaware

CCS (USA) INC. a Delaware corporation, doing business in various states under various names.

These clown have not even contacted me at all. I am still attempting to determine what the hell this is about. I saw information on my credit report which stated that I owed cash to a company known as Credit collection Services. However, the only company that I could find with that name in MA was a disbanded company formerly owned by an ex-con lawyer. It didn't make any sense.

I looked into it a bit more and found that although Credit Collection Services showed up on the credit report, Credit Control Services, Inc. showed up as the company doing business as 2 Wells Ave., although the address on the credit report states: Credit Collection Services, P.O. Box 773, Needham, MA 02494, (877)573-2067. So I don't know whether the company is sending work out to criminals or is they simply decided to use the "control" name rather than the "collection" name because the latter was taken. I hope the latter is true do to the fact that the crook (kick-back issue)former lawyer should not have been dealing with these things. These clowns have not returned any mail, and have not returned calls. I will keep all informed of this issue as it develops.

As a service, I'll provide as much information about this company as possible. With the credit crunch, these mischievious malafactors will continue to harrass individuals to the point of no return.

This CCS is called Credit Collection Services Credit Control Services, Inc. Apparently, the issue here is with the Massachusetts affiliation, so we will deal with that at this time. This company is listed as a foreign corporation in Massachusetts (Credit Control Services, Inc. d/b/a 2 Wells Ave., Needham MA)

As is stated above, CCS (USA) INC is a foreign corporation doing business in Massachusetts (among other states) under various names, such as Credit Control Services, Inc. (in Mass, apparently the name Credit Collection Services, Inc. had been taken by a now former attorney with the last name Tatel (but that's another story)).
