I signed a contract on 10/15/07 for a shelf corporation and wired the funds the following day. I called the company and Mark Johnson (the owner) said he had received the funds and that my order would be shipped in a week. After one week passed, no one at the company would answer the phone or respond to emails or faxes. I have been unable to reach anyone at the company and have left several messages to no avail and have not received my purchase or a refund.
