CDBaby.com CDBaby will not fix Gracenote mistakes and has lead me on with bogus Cds for two months. portland,Oregon Internet

 For two months I have waited for a properly made CD AMD have received improper programmed product twice. They refuse to correct this inside Gracenote with their sister company Diskmakers.com. It is their liability to fix and correct and re issue me correct manufactured CDs with all songs in order as said in filing in Gracenote and all songs must be accompanied with am irsc number to each song as typed and listed in numeric order. They have not done this , it has been two months and previously been negotiating for last four days. I also believe they are ripping off my music completely by falsely sticking in a area it doesn't belong miscatagorized. I also believe they are hiding where my songs are being distributed but can't prove it because they claim aggregate services , so if they don't sell your music and all they do is place it in other sites, then why aren't those sites available for me in a report period. I belong to another site and have had over 50,000 plays and 30,000 plus views in a short time and have proof. CD baby distanced itself from providing real time views of my product and claim they don't know what's going on. This is fraud. Plain and simple. Prove me wrong. I have all emails and copied. There is something really fishy about them. How can they stay in business without ripping us musicians off and then tell us thank you for letting us be a part of your music, what a slap in the face after four years of writing...... Please some lawyer with a set , step up and take these northern rip off hippies out.
