CDL Consultants Charged credit card without consent, had a driver CDL suspended due to negligence etc Other

CDL Consultants is the most irresponsible service so far we had to deal with. They take on work they cannot handle. There have been multiple instances where they have failed miserably in doing their job. One CDL driver got suspended, their excuse was attorney passed away and they did not find out for months, even though they follow up with them constantly. They promised the same driver to compensate him an average of last 4 instalments, which later on they lowered to $3000 to finally send him a check of $2000. I just recently found out they charged our credit card without consent and the owner keeps going in circles not giving me the exact reason what the charge is for. He did charge knowingly a service we repeatedly declined and asked for reimbursement. Do not use them!
