Cedar Publishing Corporation Telemarketing Scam - unsolicited printing of company website as an add Edmonton, Alberta

This company called my office and asked if we wanted an ad printed.  We said we weren't interested and thought noting more of it.  Later on we get an invoice for $208.95 and a magazine with an add that was basically a cut and paste job of our website.  We never authorized this add nor did we give them permission to use our website, which is under copyright.  We called them to inquire and they said that we agreed to the add.  As "proof" the replayed a supposed conversation with them asking questions and us supposedly saying "yep" to each question.  It was obvious to us that we made no such statements and the whole thing was a fabrication.  Since then they have been harassing us and demanding that we pay them, which isn't going to happen.  I'm going to submit a report to the BBB and possibly peruse legal action for the unauthorized use of our website.
