Celadon Trucking The HONEST Truth about Celadon Trucking

Ok,now I am going to give you the HONEST Truth about Celadon. I have worked  here at this company since August of this year and I love it working for Celadon. Now I am reading a lot of reports from all of the cry babies saying that they got screwed over, sent making a check from leasing and being on the company side which I am a company driver right now and fixing to go back to lease. I dont know what you children are crying about cause I make money now as company and I did as a lease operator. What will stop you from making money here at Celadon - its called advances and sitting on your dead a*s, turning down loads and not getting up and ruñing. Now let's move over to the lease side of the company,.... . As a Lease driver YOUR AN OWNER of your own business. You are responsible for EVERYTHING including your fuel cost. What did you think that Celadon was going to still pay for your fuel ?? Ughhhhhh NOT. Everything falls on you once you sign that lease agreement. Now I read some dipshit saying that Celadon has no m8ies - no s**t Sherlock if your always sitting in the truckstps and turning down freight of course your not going to get any miles at this company or have you not figured that out by now. 

How do u make money at Celadon leasing a truck 

1, - first off you accept freht that time given to you

2 - You ONLY fuel 30% of your line haul pay

3 - STAY AWAY from your advances and use them sparingly

More advances + Over fueling + turning down freight. = NO PAYCHECKS

Finally - when you get your check you cut it up 3 ways

The first part of your check y9uu put into your checking acclaim but you cut that check in half. First half goes to paying your bills. The second part of that check you put into a separate account and that's your mainland fund for repairs. Now what a second  - your not done.... The third party of that check you put into another account and that is your business fund. Each week when you get a paycheck you put a little bit into each account and let them grow. You have to put money back into your business or your going to go broke and be on here trying to put the blame on everyone else when in reality your the one that screwed yourself and you have no one to blame but yourself.
