In January '04 I bought a vacation package but a year later when I went to book it, all the numbers and the fax number were not in service.
I called the Fraud Dept in Dade County, FL who told me that someone up in Canada has given the same report that I had just given.
On March 4th I emailed them and today (3/22) I noticed that I had a response from them asking when I would like to make my reservations. I have since emailed them and requested a phone number to speak to someone directly.
If I can I'd prefer to get my money back.

Hi,
My name is Mihaela Brand and I come from The Netherlands.
In 2004 I bought a trip from Internet and I paied almost 700 dollars with my Credit Card.
I could make the trip to Florida till August '05. I sent letters and e-mails to the compay, to confirm my holiday but they didnot answer it
I also called many times and still no answer!!.
When I already lost my hope I received an e-mail
that I shall have an extension till this year??.
When I asked to send me a confirmation they didnot answer any more!.
I dont understand how it is possible to trait
people in such a way?.
I want to come to USA to confront them, but
it means I must pay for the airplane and other things and I already paied for 10 days all in!.
Can you give me an advise please!.
