Celebration Studios I paid thousands for my memories and i'm left with a book of proofs and thank you cards Clifton New Jersey

I got married in October 2005. I paid in full for the best and most expensive package they had, up front, including a video. I received my proofs in a timely fashion and my thank you cards, but that's where my memories end. I have been calling trying to set up appointments to get my album and my video complete, and every number and email i've tried I get returned or this number has been disconnected. I was angry to hear that they went out of business, but even more saddened to hear that I may not get my memories from my special day. I had speeches that were priceless, dances that aren't captured on film, and tons of other memories that I may not ever get back and show to my kids and grandkids.

Does anyone know more info about the lawsuit and whether or not we can still get our stuff? Thanks
