My husband read our daily paper one day in which a large full paid ad was taken out to come to a orlando ramada inn to listen to a presentation about a travel club.  They offered two R/T airline tickets, along with a $100 dining rebate with your vacation.  We listened to the presentation followed by a individual salesman sitting at a private table trying to lure us into signing up for their travel plan.  After discussing the plan over my husband and I decided not to take the plan as we felt it was too pricey and might not get used enough in our future.   (YOU ONLY GET THE R/T AIRLINES TICKETS IF YOU PURCHASED THE TRAVEL CLUB)  Upon getting home and reading over their other offers,  I purchased two deals offered by these people, one for $100.00 gas refund, along with 3days two night stay and a $30 dinner card.  This cost me $70.00.  of which I purchased on my credit card.  The other one was for $305.00 for a stay in disney, for 3days two nights  along with attraction tickets.

For the first one I had to buy $100.00 in gas and then return the receipts to celebrity productions which I have sent in 3 times, to three different addresses  and it comes back, NOT HERE, or wrong address.  when I try to call, it either tells me that they are not in at this time, and to leave a voicemail, of which no one calls you back, or last night I received a callback telling me to call 386 252 2332 of which I made sure I called when they stated they were there.  I feel this is obviously a big scam and now they have $375.00 of my money and have ran off into the sunset.  Please beware, if anyone has any info for me on how to contact them, I would appreciate any help.  I am not going to give up on this, they have to be somewhere hiding under a rock!

No affiliation with Celebrity Productions

Carol,

I can not find a file that fits the  information in your complaint. There seems to be a lot of overall confusion in it. We have no affiliation with Celebrity Productions, at one point we were providing them with our vouchers to use as promotional items. We stopped doing that when we found out they were selling them. If you received our voucher from them, you can read in the terms and conditions where it states that it cannot be sold to the end user. You have their name and address listed with our phone number. If you received a message from us i can only assume it was because we were returning a call to you. We did not charge your credit card for anything and if you did purchase our vouchers from Celebrity Productions i would advise you to do a charge back on your credit card to get your money back. Please fee free to call me if you have any questions at 386-252-2332 x6

I Understand Your Dilemma

AUTHOR: traveler19 - (United States of America)

My company too was reeled in on this firm. They were brought to me via a third party to handle fulfillment for my vacation call center. A lot of things happened! For example, customers did not receive the same package we sold. They were cutting things out to suit a hefty profit for themselves and Christopher Cruz of Beach Cruise & Travel LLC. I was then being extorted by a developer for a hefty sum of money that they wanted in advance for fulfillment. Where was I to get that money?

It is now in the hands of the lawyers who are working this out with an resolution satisfactory to myself and the State of Florida.

As a result, I now fulfill in-house and customers enjoy the actual package we sell. That is the way it should be.
