Celero Commerce/UMS Banking are untrustworthy and untruthful. In late 2018, Celero Commerce acquired UMS Banking, a credit card processing company based in Glendale, CA. One of the conditions stipulated by the selling owners (who were wonderful to work for) was that no UMS Banking employees would be laid off for at least one year.
Within two months, Celero Commerce had broken that promise, laying off 10% of the UMS Banking workforce. 60% of those laid off were over 60; 80% of those laid off were female.
