Cell-Phone-Traders Quoted my iPhone 6 worth as $256, mailed phone on September 22, 2016, they've phone me screwed! Reno Nevada

  I received a quote for my Apple iPhone 6 16 gb from cell-phone-traders website on or about September 15, 2016. They company sent my the box and return shipping label to return the phone in to their company. Once I received the supplies, I mailed the on or around September 22, 2016. I waited approximately a week for a confirmation and reply that the phone was worth $256 or if the amount was going to be different. After one week, I began calling the number on the email I received, which I have attached. I never spoke to a live person, no matter what time I called I received a recorded message to call during business hours. All my were during business hours. I tried to go on the website today and check my account. Website no longer available. This company now has a free phone and I received nothing in return. I feel I was taken advantage of and all I want is my phone returned.
