Cell Spy Agent Cell Tracking Agent Ordered the download for $1 with my cell phone under the asumption it was the total cost of the services, then unknowingly three days latter I get a charge on my bank account for 69.99 so I contacted Salt Lake City , Utah

Buyer Beware: this is a  misleading sham and a disgrace to the business community. I was charged   (70.99)  $1  for the download then secretly unknowingly 69.99 for the bill three days later for a service I  never used.

I made contact with them a wad told to download a refund form off the web (non-existent) then when I told them I could not find it? I was told to send in a letter of refund request, (so I did) 

they have neglected to contact me and have received nothing since and blocked my phone number.  

PLEASE -  heed my words if you feel the need for a phone spy package there free!  just look around and save yourself a lot of misery and headache.
