Initially ordered Cellean product 08/2011 after an endorsement read on thedirty.com; tried the product for a couple of months but did NOT experience significant weight loss. Noticed that thedirty users were taking pills and dieting and decided the product was NOT desired. Returned unused 3rd delivery, expecting them to honor their "just ship it back" claim.

Some time passed with no additional shipment and i figured it was done, then in 01/2012 a bottle showed up.

Searched for "return cellean" and it seems they use different names (Cellean, Cellan, and LivingCellan). There were different addresses (CA and UT) and I decided to return the product to the address listed on the web site; AND also emailed their advertised customer support; which advises immediate support when using support@mycellan.com. About 10 days later another bottle has arrived, so I fired off a more strongly worded email and called customer support (855-235-5261).

Was advised that the only way to discontinue was to call (not publicized or known to me), which makes me question why do you list a email support address?  Asked that they cease shipping and charging me, I do not want their product; the rep mentioned a half-off offer and I advised him of my disinterest and desire for them to stop/cease/desist/discontinue. The rep went through the process and advised me the process was complete.  

I said one final question, how do i file a complaint and he said they do not have a complaint form or process or department. I asked to speak to a Supervisor, he said they were very busy and a supervisor was not available. I asked what time are Supervisors available, he reiterated the heavy load and the difficulty of finding an available Supervisor.

I asked for their physical address and he advised me he was not obligated to give that information.  I asked again if a Supervisor was available, they were not. I wanted to know what assurance do i have this will end and he said an email would be supplied, and read back my email address; so of course i had the right company though the multiple names and addresses add confusion.

I have returned 3 shipments and sent 2 emails, and lastly called "CUstomer" support. I advise all who read to not deal with this company; their product is probably like those power balance magnetic wristbands and their practices are highly suspect.

Cellan is a 16-day trial which starts the day of order, which you agreed to on the checkout page. If you are satisfied with the product, we bill you for your initial order and subsequent bottles every 30 days thereafter until cancelled.

If you are unhappy with the product and cancel after the trial period you are charged for any bottles that have been shipped to you.
