cellforcash.com you send in your old cell phone and they pay you cash for it within 6-8 after validation the phone works. My phone was validated on 11/1/10, yet I have not received the $28.00 I was told my phone was Internet

I saw something online talking up www.cellforcash.com where they offer to pay for old cell phones once they validated that the cell phone works, and how great they were, reputable, etc, etc. The website tells you how much your cell model is worth once validated that it works. My phone was stated to be worth $28.00. I sent my phone in on 10/25/10, it was received on 10/27/10, verified on 11/1/10 according to the online status. According to the their website, payment should be received within 6-8 weeks of validating that the cell works. I have been asking for a status of my $28.00 payment for my phone since early January. I got a response on 1/14/11 stating that they were sending my inquiry to their accounting department and I would be notified when my payment was sent. Since then, there has been NO check and NO response to further inquiries. I think this is a ripoff.
