USA they sold me a stolen phone Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors... sold me a stolen cell phone.  They represented that the phone was new, but when I went to activate it, my local AT&T store tried 3 different SIM cards, including 1 that they use to activate all of their phones and 1 that was working with my previous phone right before I walked into the store.  The date and time displayed January 1 at 9:00 p.m. even though today is July 9, and the technician told me that the phone was placed on a blacklist as stolen, and that it could not connect to any AT&T network.  And, the original overnight shipment was stuck in customs, and it has not been released.  Now, I know why.  I was also told that the car charger that I paid to be sent overnight will come in about a week.  $130.98 for a stolen phone and a non-existent car charger.
