I found Cellular Blowout while looking to purchase an unlocked cellular phone. The internet site that they are using looks very legit and professional. The exact same thing happened to me to the person that wrote a report on them dated April 29, 2010.

I placed an order for a new, not refurbished or used, but new phone. I did not receive anything until a week or so, then they told me the phone was on backorder. 2 days later I received a phone in a opened box that was not the original with no manual, no accessories. The phone looked new so I charged it and started to use it and immediately started to have problems. I noticed the phone started to look very used by the 2nd day. I looked very close and could tell that it had been freshened up, it scratched very easy and stopped working completely after a few more days. I  sent $75.00. I tried numerous times to call the company and knowone ever answered and I left about ten messages with no returned call. I realized then this was a scam.

I would like for these people to be caught which I know won't be easy because they don't answer the phone and have no address. There must be a way of catching these internet theives. I have disputed my credit card co.  David  Sugar Land, Texas
