I was interviewed for a professional wireless sales representative, and there were no managers and we were all equally managers within, as I trained and was placed in the store I was going to be working in, I had to earn points to become (coded) an official agent to earn a dealer code, we were being paid by a temp agency temporarily, until this transition took effect, we had to bring our friends, family ext. to earn our points to earn the business money, and the so called Leads, that appeared, that I was told didn’t exist during my interview, they gained the commission for the Sales I brought in to earn my points which I need (850-900) to start earning commissions myself to get off the temp

agency pay of 10$ hr. Or if you didn’t make it you were terminated within a certain time. So i earned my points to get coded as they called it, the person who trained us on a system software for a week, they changed it a week later and we had to train on a computer ourselves waste of time, and she was the finance of the regional director who came with a few others to open up stores in Colorado, She wasn’t very pleasant as she knew her place and would give rude and s****.>

anything I would tell the Team Lead of my differences with the work bully would become worse, as time went on I was called names, was told I was an old lady, wasn’t respected by none them they would fart and burp and laugh, even when other customers came in to get service they would do it and think it was hilarious and I think the Team Lead would allow them to do whatever they wanted as long as he would have them work all his shifts because he couldn’t work his shift or he was to hungover to work early mornings, the company or should I say the regional manager payed his his hotel stay since the store opened for 10 months they expected me to work in a store in

Denver for a weekend and didn’t pay for my hotel stay I was to drive back and forth both days. I finally emailed the district manager about my issues in his store as I also had witnesses to the work bully attacking me with name calling and abusive comments on how I was gonna get fired for me speaking my mind and wasn’t gonna let him continue his behavior he said he would deal with it. Well he did he sent my email to his Team Lead whom allowed everyone to read it and then they laughed and made more statements, one transfer to work in our store was fired after a week of working there as he disagreed with how things were as they allowed the bully to predraft his schedule so the schedule

he wanted the rest was in disagreement, but didn’t matter as that’s how the Team Lead wanted for his store any questions would be addressed after the draft meeting, so the transfer was fired speaking and disagreed with how it went he didn’t get days he wanted off and was told he had to work what was left later he was fired by the district manager after a phone call from the Team Lead because they didn’t like him. I was then cut from hours from working around 50 hours down to 18 then the Team Lead made me drop a shift for being 3 min late due to me having to disable the alarm for the transfer that forgot how to disable but wasn’t given the opportunity to get it resolved I was

also dropped to the bottom of the draft list which I didn’t think it was fair, also the Team Lead made me post my shift for being late which no one wanted, then txt me to post it for the second week which was also prejudiced being he had no one else do that before. I noticed there was things missing and saw I was charged for them from my check but was in writing anywhere in my stub or anywhere else I got charged for missing items just on the dashboard of there computer which I screen shot with my phone to keep records, I voice recorded conversations of the other guys there coversTions were full of cursing and nothing professional about this job! No Resect, no resolutions about

continuous harassment, bullying, and paycheck theft, now my w-2 form doesn’t match what they claimed I earned it had a separate piece that stated it was a conflict on earning but had to include it in my earnings which I didn’t as if they want me to include it I believe they need to pay me for my actual earnings. If I could sue them really I’m going to do just that! Another guy they fired threaten to hit the bully to death with a golf club if that don’t make you realize there something serious going on there! And baffling the bully still works there! And I was forced out, as I couldn’t take anymore abuse. The bully would take my customers to his desk as I was already helping them he told me he is

entitled and made my job difficult nothing was done about it. I emailed Human Resources she stated no one contacted her about the issue, then a week after I resigned she emailed me said she didn’t know which one it was about but did get the complaint completed and had a talk with the individual and closed the case as everything was done to there company policy, but I wasn’t working there anymore, as I told her what good was it going to do for me now, I was not informed about it prior for 2 months that I filed the complaint they rewarded the bully with more responsibility that he would laugh at me and told me see I’m not friable! Really those are the kind of people they

want with the business, I believe there should be more that should have been done with this individual, than a promotion! All the other reports I read about this company i endured the exact same!
