Got a text message from cricket that said "5555 Great Gift Idea, Open a new line of service with any Cricket-ready Sprint or Verizon phone for just $15, first month is free! See store for details." Sounds like you can open a new service with Cricket, Sprint or Verizon for $15, pus a free month of service .Get to the store  and they tell you it is for an add on to an existing acc.,and for a phone that has been flashed to cricket but never used a cricket acc. How ridiclous to have a phone flashed for nothing. The $15 turns into $55 to $85. Then it will take 45 minutes to flash the phone and told it would be 5 days before the phone would be back. What a bunch of S__t. Went to six stores including a Main Cricket Outlet which would take a hour or so to speak with a manager...What A Joke Cricket Is !!!! Treated us like we should of known what the subliminal message was.Drove out $20 in gas to do this four times.Only to be turned away each time. Anthony does not know when the owner will ever show up. I think he was there sitting in the back. I have been in customer service all my life and would never treat a customer that way, Unprofessional.. I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.
