I work for the company right now and everything that people are saying is true. I have been with the company for almost a year now and i have seen so many people come and go due to this man. First off we only get paid 7.25 an hour, and we get commission once amonth. Half the time we dont even get paid our commission because of stupid reasons.

Not to mention that we are in a new store and they wont advertise our location and want us to use our gas to drive around our area and pass out fliers. Our store is not doing as well as we all hopped so now he is threatening our jobs. I and other people in this company have bent over backwards to keep our jobs, including doing things to our customers that we do not want to do. For examlpe we are told that we have to have an average of 20.00 worth of features ( text, internet, navigation, etc) or we will be fired.

 We are told to put trial features on new contracts and tell the customers that they are automaticly put on by att not us and it is up to them to turn them off after the trial period is over. Even for kids who are gettign there first phones we are supposed to add thes features, familly mapping 9.99 a month, navigation 9.99 amonth, road side assitance 2.99 amonth , and voice dial 4.99 amonth. We do earn commission for doing this but more often than not we donot get paid. Now alot of the new managers of the individual stores have gon agianst the owner and have told there employees not to do this and they are now being fired or threatened to be fired.

I will probably be getting fired soon, because they are refusing to pay my commission and i am not backing down. When i have people ask if we are hiring i pass them on to the next person because i kow what i want to tell them. If i had known then what i know now i would not have ever worked for this company. If i am fired i will be taking legal action agianst this company and so will a few other of the employees i haved worked with that are now unemployeed because of stupid reasons.
