I too have been a victim. I thought I was applying for a real credit card when in actuality it was a line of credit to be used at their online store of cheap, overpriced goods. There is a $2.78 charge that I took to be a credit check fee and luckily they refunded this. The biggest problem with this site is there are other companies such as Smart Health Gold and VComm that you unwittingly sign up for when you apply for the phony credit card. No, you cannot apply without signing up for all these other offers.

These companies also make charges to your credit card and some of these charges are non-refundable (or so the agents at their toll free numbers say). And the charges don't stop. Every day or so, a new company placing unsolicited charges to my credit card shows up. The only unifying factor to all of these is their Nevada location (one in Texas). I have had to check my credit card daily to keep abreast of these fraudulent charges. In my opinion, all of these companies are scam artists - what legit company signs you up for a non-refundable membership under the guise of a credit card application?

I urge everyone who has been scammed to contact the ATTORNEY GENERAL OF NEVADA -Consumer Fraud Division (http://ag.state.nv.us/org/bcp/bcp.htm) and to the (www.ic3.gov), which is the Federal Internet Crime Complaint Center that handles these kind of consumer abuse situations.
