I contacted this bank in June of 2020 for a refinancing of my mall in East Orlando for a $7.5 M.

On June 12th AFTER THEIR FULL DUE DILIGINCE I was sent their LOI for an amount of $7.0 M with 1% loan fee but PPP of 7% through the B&I loan garantee program of SBA with $305,621 in expenses.The only contingencies were $1.M assignment of life insurance, an appraisal and $10,000 up front fees. Thank God that I did not transfer the $10,000

Following this LOI a visit was set up for them to see the property and I assumed everything was going forward.After the visit multiple additional documents were asked AND EVERY SINGLE THING THEY ASKED I PROVIDED.  My contact in that bank was David Newton that I am not sure why he works with these idiots as he is an honest guy.

Below is my last email to thtese idiots

Hello David; I like to appreciate the time you put in to try to make this loan happen. It has been a waste of both of our times due to the idiots that you are working for.    Hello Raj; One of these days you will listen to the staff that know what the hell this deal and other deals was and is all about and you don't just shoot blanks by issuing fake LOI to me and others for nothing.  

Nilesh and Scott; When we met, I noticed that your IQ level meets the standards of the ones that left the Orlando Zoo. You two prior to getting into your d**n cars and come and see the mall and wasting my time in Tituslanding should have known that this is a retail deal. Scott an old fart and Nilesh with stupid questions should be a part of bank ATM not an actual bank.   How you came up with such a great name "Central Bank", it is beyond me. "Central America bank" name would have been more like it.   

I will need an apology in writing for issuing a fake LOI and wasting three weeks of my time by no later than 7/22/20 at 12:00 noon or otherwise I will be reporting your bank to the Florida banking commissioner for issuing false LOI and asking for $10,000 up front fees and the USDA office in Gainesville.    I don't ever want to hear from you idiots again AND I suggest that you "David" switch horses and join a professional bank as this one does not suck, it really sucks.   I approve every single word in this email and will wait for Raj to send an apology.    Jesse Wright C E O California Retail Properties Corp.
