Central Coast Neutraceuticals - Colopure Innovative Health Fulfillment Sent me to their collections four months after my return Largo, Florida

I ordered a product called Colopure in October 2009.  When I found out from a friend the problems she had with them and that hat they were going to keep sending me product and billing my credit card I immediately. (Note: I too missed their micro tiny terms of agreement!  Plus now they have changed them due to the suit!)

I called their returns number, obtained an RMA#, and returned the product unopened to their returns address given to me at: Innovative Health Fulfillment in Largo, Fl.

 Now, FOUR months later I receive an email from their collections department stating that I owe them for the unreturned product, late charge and processing fee, and if I don't pay them by a given date they will sell my account to a third party collections agency where it will incur more late charges and go against my credit. Not to mention the collections agent accused me in an Email of not being adult..randomly sends me someone elses billing account history (though not the credit card info) !

Well, it's been FOUR months and I no longer have my postal receipts.. which no doubt in my oppinion is why they waited so long to contact me.  And BTW, there have been no previous Emails, letters of phone calls regarding this issue!

Is there anything I can do about this?  The collections agent told me that I should have read the invoice that came with the product as it would have stated their return requirements.  I told her I never opened the package, but returned it in the package it was shipped to me .
