This company takes advantage of people by advertising a risk free product with no cost, just postage, then once the order is taken, the buyer becomes aware that there are additional charges to your card, obligations, and a lengthy battle to stop them, to get refunded money, to wish it never happened. The fault ultimately lies in the buyer not taking the time to read EVERYTHING on the website, which few people ever do. They know this and use it well. Contacting the support page gives you drop down answers to the questions they know will be asked, over and over...why am I being charged $49.89 when I only paid for shipping of $4.99? And so forth... I learned I am obligated to their entire contract once I placed an order for a trial package. Obligated to pay for what I don't want, and will continue to receive product monthly at hefty costs until I notify them to stop. That is another adventure; notifying them...on hold for hours, no answer. Can't send them an email without your order number which they don't give you. It's a joke, it should be illegal. This isn't the only company taking advantage of us. Go to your health food store and purchase product there.

Hello!
I am writing this to help out those who thought they were "ripped off". I thought the same until I finally got a hold of the Company known to most as
CNNUTRA. They sell many items and one of them is the Colocure and there are many others. My product happened to be Celebrity Smile. It whitens your teeth.
Make sure you know what product it was before you get too excited!

I thought I was being billed for the green tea colon cleaner to lose weight because I read these comments. I am very thin, why would I want that? Immediately I panicked and thought I was being ripped off, so I simply called them and was on hold for about a half an hour (the automated answering service said it would be 59 minutes) and told them that I was billed for something I never even ordered or was billed for, including the shipping. I had apologized to them. He said that many people do not read the whole policy and agreement terms.

The thing is, you must read the agreements carefully! You get a free trial, meaning that you can try it within the amount of time they give you, and if you do not want it or it does not work for you, then you have that amont of time to return it and get a full refund. If you keep it longer then that time, then they will bill you after the time trial is up. I think myself that they don't give you enough time to see any results, but to stop the orders from coming, I suggest that you cancel the added automatic orders from coming and getting more bills from them.
That is what I did and found a lot less expensive item on eBay, that worked much better!

My point is, make sure you read and understand what trying the free trails mean, and you will not have any problems with your billing.

Thank you for reading!
Joann in PA.
