Ok so last June we gota call from a CENTRAL FLORIDA FINANCIAL. My boyfriend got bribed into handed over two payments of $150 to this company promising rebuilding of his credit. Let me tell we were both in need of some credit repair so he agreed. Sadly we no longer had employment a week later...... we changed our mind and could not reach any of these phone operators to cancel!
It was horrible to be out $300 that could have been used for our family! So having the card we decided to order something offline to feel we got our moneys worth. having have had to pay an upfront fee we deserved to order $300 worth of merchandise right? WRONG!!!! the website had no prices on it, strange out-of-catergory products...it was a MESS!

The number we were issued for customer service NEVER WORKED!!!! We recieved catalogs in the mail for strange companies....one being "world of products" (which i cannot see central florida financial anywhere on this catalog) and a cheaply made plastic "credit card." The card is palm trees in a sunset.....everyone else get the same one? It contains a SEVENTEEN digit "card number." Well We Packed up and moved from our address and closed the bank account used for transaction between CFFA.
When we recently removed our items from storage 3 weeks ago we found our card and catalogs. I remembered the problem we had last time so I tried to contact them again. I called the 800 on back of the card and was sent to a man answering "customer service" (let me tell you I have called at least 4 times in the past week and the same monotone voice answers "customer service" so weird)

I explained we had a card with them (keep in mind the account is under my boyfriends name, not mine) he asked for name on account....I answered with my boyfriends name and he said oh the _______ ________ aka his name at ______ ______ he gave the address and i said yes thats him. (how could they give my boyfriends info to a complete stranger calling!!!!! i said i need to change that address we moved. He simply asked what my new address was and i gave it to him...

Strangly just 3 days ago we recieved a package with another catalog world of products 2008, a new card with a different number, and 4 more "COUPONS" for 100 dollars each.... how could they send a new card to him when they talked to me...that right there drew a RED FLAG if it was a real card then they just sent a complete stranger a credit card with my boyfriends name CRAZY HUH?

So here i am tonight online looking up their website once again and what do you know ITS NON EXISTENT!!! when just a week ago it was there again (or i wouldnt have called and asked for a new catalog) So I started looking up blogs and forums on the company only to find hundreds of others have been scammed by this company too.....300 dollars is a lot to lose and I wouldnt want to see it happen to anyone else

SO AVOID CALLS, ACCOUNTS YOU GAVE THEM IF YOU HAVNT BEEN CHARGED YET, AND DONT ORDER!!! especially since they ask for 35% of your orders total upfront in MONEY ORDER form and 7% shipping! and they dont have thier own company catalogs....World of Products is their own company online with FREE SHIPPING!!!! i wonder if they know CFFA sends out their catalogs...sorry so long but thanks for reading i hope i saved someone from CFFA

so what is she even complaining about ?

AUTHOR: Shannon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 14, 2009

First things first its not her credit so why is she even on here complaining about a company that did not do business with her.... ( my boyfriend)I think it is kinda strange i read it twice looking for what the real problem was? she is saying the basics of the program im sure her boyfriend new what he was getting into. becasue like she said He is trying to build his credit. i did notice she said they sent her out new cataloge an vouchers that are to be used with cffa .Well that kinda tells me it is a company that wants to help not just take the 300.00 most companys wouldnt of resent anything lets be honest here .. I dont have much to say i still dont understand why she put anything here when she is not a cleint...
Ps out of years of service its the same customer service number .
Thanks. Shannon
