Central States Health & Life Co. CSO Refused to pay for my car after I became disabled from a fall that I recived from work Omaha Nebraska

I purchased a car in Nov 2013 from Nissan in Columbia Missouri, I was offered the inusrance if I was to become disabled and loss of job that was of no fault to me, I was explained everything was covered unless I have pre-exiting heart condition, brain surgery, broken bones, or replacement, and cancer ie anything that would cause me not to work. Well I was upfront I have a back problem that I recently found out I have from working, I didn't have this two yrs or 4 yr ago but something I jst found out about but I am able to work, a mild form of spinal stenosis, * I always had a desk job* anyway I was able to work and nothing forseen in my future to prevent me from work, The dealer of the insurance stated that was fine, I was still able to work, so I excepted this insurance.

Well in Dec I fell while at work slipped on ice while gathering carts. Okay but the ijury I substained was enough to place me on disablity, The MRI showed that the fall caused my disc to lay on a nerve on my spine, surgery is the only option I now have left, so I filled a cliam with Central States, who in turned is now trying to weasle their way out of paying, claiming pre existing caused me to become disabled, NO the fall caused it to worsen!! fools@

They tried to claim that my military doctor's office told them I had this before. So I called the Dr's office and they denied it, stating they did not talk to this company, so I called Central States who now is lying about stating this, even though it's in black and white "a letter to me from them stating Dr office" Well now they are claiming that the record deparment at the hosptital is the one stating this! Wrong answer, the records department is TriCare anoter insurance group who I just spoke to and they laughed Too BAD CENTRAL States little do you know you were recorded! a lie, on record you did call and speak to a Jenie but she told you to refer to the medical records and nothing else. She did not stated anything else. 

This company is a rip off BBB has several complaints closed yes but if you google them these are the ones who has sued the company and won! 

I am in the present seeking JAG since they are cliaming to speak to the military doctors and records for help BUT I want them to pay my car off since that is what I paid for. 

I need help if anyone wants to sue this company please help me I am sure there are several in the same boat as me.
