You should all phone that # because the "customer service" line is crap, apparently they do it for more then 1 company, but it just doesn't work like that. No actual customer service company closes at 5pm and opens at 9:30 it's a fraud as well as Tony. So You should all phone this man and bug him until he just breaks down and quits.
