I ordered $2,700.00 worth of camera equip. and did not get what I paid for; they left out 5 major products and denied it. In addition, the shipping was promised 3 day and it took 8 days.
The worst part of the whole experience is their customer service. I have had to call 17 times! with an avg. of 20-30 minutes on hold, was hung up on 6 times and once intentionally by a smart a** employee. When I confronted supervisors, they too, denied it and were VERY confrontational.
No one in the company is willing to take responsibility, nor are they willing to help in a nice way, they ALL have the worst attitude I've ever seen. On the web site, and when you are on hold it says: "Customer Service is our #1 priority, and please give us some feed back and tell your friends" yet there is no where to file a complaint or on one to take it.
These people will not even let you speak, they interrupt, are arguementive, they intentionally deceive you, and are EXTREMELY RUDE. This the WORST company and customer service I have ever dealt with.
I spent 2,700.00 dollars and did not get what I was promised and wasted hours on the phone to the rudest, most ignorant people I have ever dealt with. It is quite obvious to me that by the way the deal with people that they get irate customers on a regular basis, you figure it out, and "Tell your Friends."

The original kit I ordered was $1.292.00 they talked me into a $1.400 upgrade. So I am into it $2,700.00
1> First, the lenses they said they were better are not. I talked to Canon they said they are all the same. First of many lies.
2> The kit was supposed to come with a 70-300mmIS USM lens ($642) they sent me a cheap version worth $150.00, I had to send it back($29 NO REFUND there) and two weeks later they still sent the wrong, cheap lens $220 lens not the $640 lens that was supposed to come with the kit. They said send it back, again, and they will get me the right lens for an extra $300! It was supposed to be in the original package anyway!
3> They also sent a warranty that only covers under $500, when I was supposed to get the 5 year that covered complete replacement.
4> The Deluxe cleaning kit that came consisted of a 2oz bottle of alcohol, 6 Q-Tips and a cleaning cloth.
5> An upgrade from a 3GB card to a 4GB card (less than $100)
6> The original salesman, John Anthony also said he would throw in a extra free Battery, which they tried to charge me for.
7> They also refuse to give me a cost break down of each item, the ones I got charged $2,700 for. The list is almost he same for the original $1,292
Where did my $1,400 upgrade go? FRAUD
I have turned them into the NYBBB, NY Consumer Affairs and the National BBB, and the FBI Fraud div. Can anyone else offer me any help getting my money back??
