If you haven't bought or haven't closed with this builder, please stay far away from them. They will string you along for months on end; close more than two months after the agreed/proposed time in the contract and give you an unfinished home.

I purchased in Palmetto Farms subdivision, Atlanta, GA. I closed just last month and they still haven't finished painting the outside of my home and are now refusing to return my calls. On my way to closing, the painters were finishing up a few items they needed to touch up but it seems like when I left, they left as well. My home has white paint all over the outside and it's supposed to be brown! What a mess and they also have paint all over my hardwood floors.
