Complaint Review: Century Link
Century Link Incompetent repair/tech non-service, no credit for services not rendered, but extra charges Internet, Internet
They do not have customer service where they will say after losing jobs and house sales for you we will provide you with a new modem(they charge $100. for modems) for all your financial losses as I do business online and credit you for your inconvenience of interruption of your business and financial loss. NO WAY! Century Link wants to charge more and plus charge me for a new modem when it worked fine 2 months ago. They are all about greed and incompetence NOT customer relations and keeping customers from changing to other ISPs. They hit you for all the $ they can while they have you and do not care about providing customer service and fixing their internet problems.
They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and hope to never deal with them again after they dare to charge me to quit their service.
Buyer beware of this ISP! Rip off artists! Who double talk and scam you.
