Certa-Pro Abington Abington Area is Horrible! Certa-No! Moountgomery County, Pennsylvania Internet

I was warned about Certa-Pro but I did not listen! I had them come out to give me an estimate on painting the exterior of my home. I have stucco and there were hairline cracks in some areas. I asked if they (Certa-Pro) could use mortar to fill in the cracks and they (Certa-Pro or as I refer to them now Certa-No) replied ,"Sure we can fix it" The paint job was horrible, horrible, they did not fill one crack!

They (Certa-No) came back out after I called in my complaint and they (Certa-No) said,"You need stucco work done" I said why did you paint it then ($800.00) wasted! I had to hire another company and why was I NOT surprised when the estimated came to my house and saw the work and said"Let me guess, Certa-Pro) I said,"How did you know?" He said,"Because they always mess up peoples houses"

I told Certa-No that after the cracks were filled in by the NEW company, they were going to come out and re-paint it free or else I was going to court, I told the office manage that all I need is to have a judge look at the work order, my proof of payment, and a picture of what you did and I would win hands down!

In the work order it stated" fill in cracks with mortar","prime" and " paint"

My 15 year old could have done a better paint job.
