Certegyweborder company hired by the Michigan Lottery hit my personal bank account for a 10.00 fee that authorized the online michiganlottery.com to deduct from my account for online gameing.  I received a notice from my bank two days after i had used the service from michiganlottery stating that my account was charged 23.00 for non sufficient funds return, I went to the bank to try to resolve this fee only to find out that my account was now in negative for another 23.00.  I talked to a bank manager and had him look up the details of this particular transaction and after a long wait on the phone to Wells Fargo and 35 minutes with banker, i got a number to call this place that was taking money from me.

The company was listed as RCN CERTEGY WARRENT WEB ORDER.  I had to leave a call back number on there answer machine, i didnt receive a response after 24 hours so i returned the call and same thing happened.  After making the third call to them, I received a call back. I had to explain everything again to them that I had already done at my bank and told them that these transactions were not authorized and that when I used the michiganlottery and had 10$ deducted from my bank account the money WAS in the bank to play or else I wouldnt have been able to use it. The lottery does not offer any kind of credit to play with.  I demanded to know who they were and how they were able to deduct from my account for such a scandal that they claimed to be.

I was told that there was nothing I could do to get my money back because I did play the 10$ online game service.  Ofcourse I was furious with this company.  I went back to my bank to let them know what had happened in my conversation with Webordercertegy only to find that they hit my bank account two more time for 37.50 each time. so far thats a total of 75.00.  I had to file a dispute with them through the bank and i had no way of proving that the funds would not have been deducted if the money was not there for me to play michigan lottery, i contacted michigan lottery and they said they use certegyweborder service for insufficient claims??? I realized it was a big scam and went back to my bank five days later and they had tried to deduct another 75.00 from my account but were not able to since dispute was although it was going to be a long probably unproductive process  so I closed my account!

certegyweborder is a scaming scandulous rip off company and I am disgusted with our states lottery department for letting them get away with this.  I am making every effort to let everyone I possible can know what a scandal they are doing and getting away with.  Even the banks cant do anything about this except have your account closed... I am so looking forward to the day that the BBB shuts CERTEGYWEBORDER down.
