When I attempted to cancel the 1 month service I was given a 3 months required dialogue, but could cancel for a 59.00 fee.

There was nothing indicated in the sited activation or policy. I have contacted the customer service and they directed me to pay the cancelation fee or they will continue the service. Any atempt to update the ticket or get information about why this policy was not included in the setup policy has been unanswered.

Do not use this service. It is a scam.

Misplaced?

AUTHOR: James - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 13, 2015

You LOST your ticket. In any other world, that's the end of it. "Reprinting" is a recipe for disaster and most places avoid doing so to avoid scalping problems. It was YOUR fault that you had no ticket and now you're passing off the responsibility and screwup on the ticket company.
