CGA Property Management Chris Airola Unethical, verbally abusive, fraudulent Sacramento, California

Chris Airola is the owner and Property Manager of CGA Property Management.  The company is horrible, they dont know tenant laws and they bully single women with scare tactics and unethical practices of verbal abuse.  He withholds security deposits with exorbitant trumped-up amounts for changing light bulbs, general cleaning and painting.  He is not a tenant advocate he is in it for the cash only. The company is disorganized, unprofessional and does not uphold the privacy and security of tenants.  His people give out private phone numbers to vendors with out permission, his staff doesn't have applicable gate codes or accurate information for access to leased communities.  He fabricates liabilities or mishaps to the property owners. However, most egregious is his use of filthy abusive language to tenants in order to bully them into what he wants to take place.
