Like many people I read the reviews (which now appear to be fake in order to bury the negative ones) and thought I would give it a try. I booked 2 services (totaling $650 - very pricey to begin but I was going with the motto you get what you pay for) and what was promised to happen did not happen.

I felt something was off because Cindy was worried about the construction going on above in the apartment above hers but we went on with it. Energy and focus is everything. When she was done, I knew nothing had changed and I think it was because the energy was off because of how it started. She insisted the next day everything would be fine and it wasn't.

She became very hard to reach and when I tried to resolve it with her directly, no effort was made to rectify the situation. I even tried to book another appointment and then an hour before the appointment, she suddenly couldn't do it.

Her manager "Robert" who I had never spoke with before contacted me did not try to resolve it, just an "I am sorry that you did not have a good experience". Are you serious? With tip included, I spent $700 and that is the best you can do. Not even a let's redo the session or offer a partial refund, absolutely nothing. I had to spend more money to meet with someone else to really have a true chakra and reiki session.

Be warned, they could care less if anything was truly healed or if the service was done properly, and you will lose your money. There are many other practitioners who charge much less and actually deliver what is expected and promised. All they had to do was try to make it right and they didn't. So it left me no choice but to write this review to make sure others don't get burned like I did.
