Chaminoux ripoff, dishonest fraudulent charges Baltimore Maryland

I purchased some trial-sized make-up online for the mere cost of shipping only. I read the agreement carefully to make sure there were not hidden charges or surprises. None was stated anywhere on the website. 3 weeks later I recieved the small shipment of make-up and was not impressed, but for the cost of shipping it made my 12 year old daughter happy.

Less than a week later I was checking my bank statement online, when I noticed a charge for $200.00 that I had not authorized. I called the number and found out it was from the Chaminoux company. I was told that since I had bought the trial-sized make-up and had not returned it to them in 29 days, I was being charged for the make-up in full. This meant that I was charged $200.00 for the same trial-sized make-up that I paid "only" shipping for, even though it was not stated anywhere on this website.

I was told that on their official website it does state that. Ok, but not on the website selling the trial-sized make-up. I contacted the BBB, and was told that since I did not live in Maryland, I was out of luck. I think this sucks, and would caution all to not purchase anything by these people. Shame on them for their fraudulent practices.
