My experience with Chanel Squire, a real estate agent from Coldwell Banker in Puerto Vallarta, was nothing short of a nightmare. She sold me a unit in Aria Ocean Flamingos, only for me to later find out that it had a mortgage from the Social Security office. Since then, despite numerous efforts with lawyers, we have been unable to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, her father, Brock Squire, who is a principal at Coldwell Banker, has extensive connections with judges, making it even harder for me to get justice. I strongly advise others to reconsider doing business with this agency

I too fell victim to this agency. Chanel Squire attended to me imprecisely and sold me a property that, to this day, cannot be written off. When I approached them for clarification, I was met with threats of legal action by the agency's owner, Broke Squire. It is truly shocking and disheartening to see a company conduct business in such a manner. I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this agency and its personnel. It is crucial to thoroughly research and double-check all transactions before making any commitments.
