Chapman Autoplex In Scottsdale Typical auto dealership, shady sales people, selling useless warranties also Scottsdale Arizona

I bought my Dodge Stratus from this dealership a while back, and felt I should post something after reading about a woman's experience with a useless extended warranty also,,, unfortunately all dealerships do what this one does-I turned in a leased Dodge Neon I got from them,,, got screwed by an unscrupulous and shady sales woman names Kim Cha***** who is no longer there,, yep, she really hosed me and a few other co-workers, making us think we were getting a great deal when we werent.

Turned my Dodge Neon in a month or so before the lease was up, thinking they were going to assist me in making that last payment if I came in and bought another Dodge,, plus I felt duped and ripped off by the sales woman who got me to lease that Neon (big mistake #1-never lease) they were going to try and make things right by giving me a good deal on another new Dodge,, my credit was a little shaky,,, guy over the phone told me what my interest rate was going to be,, and when I showed up to sign the papers and finance stuff,, it was 1.5 percent higher than he quoted,,, and he was no where to be found strangely.

WHen I confronted him about this, he offered me free car washes and details for the length of time I owned the car. I was still stuck making the last Dodge lease payment that was due and I got charged a $200 pick up fee from Wells Fargo Auto Finance- apparently with all of the years this sales manager had in the business, he didnt know I would be charged a pick up fee. I eventually fought this and won,, got my fee refunded by the bank. But I remember talking to the head guy, Johnny Lemke, and this guy couldnt of cared less about what went on,,,,, hes making money, thats all that counts.

He was rude with me on the phone, jerk. And yes, I bought an extended USELESS warranty which never covered anything, except car rental when my car was being repaired-these extended warranties should be illegal since theyre a scam basically. I have not been back to this dealership since I have not had a positive experience with them,, and I will never buy another Dodge,, thats for sure.
