Charles Holubar, which is Vice President at Texas Star Bank, and his son, Charles Brandon Holubar, which is an Attorney for John King Law Firm, came to my husband and I with this "perfect opportunity". They said that we could lease "Brandon's" home and then purchase the home in two years, in which Charles would finance at Texas Star Bank. That was in July 2007. The house needed a lot of repairs, so we did not move in until September 2007. In March 2009, Brandon came to me and asked if we would do a "wrap loan". I was really uneasy about this and told him so. He then tried to change the original agreed upon purchase price. I decided to check what the taxes, HOA, etc would cost us yearly. I went to the appraisal districts website and found that they did not even own the home. It had been foreclosed on by the HOA in April 2007, 3 months before they came to us about the home. Also, the original loan was at Texas Star Bank where Brandon's father was Vice President. I confronted the Holubars' and they promised to get this taken care of. I also consulted an attorney who stated that they had committed fraud. I informed the Holubars' of this.

As of October 5, 2009, nothing has been done. I received a phone call from Brandon Holubar that the home was being foreclosed on again, but this time by Texas Star Bank. That will take place on October 6, 2009. Now, my husband, two young children and I are out thousands, pain and suffering and have no where to go.

These are supposed to be two law abiding citizens that work to help people and instead they are both crooks and have committed fraud. I sent copies of all documentation to the District Attorney, the Texas State Bar Association and the Texas Banking Commission. Nothing has been done to either of them and now we are going to lose the home that we have paid for, repaired, etc. for two years now.

Also, I have my children established in their schools and they are doing great. If you ever come across either of these people, please turn, run, something, do not deal with them. They are crooks and I have the documentation to prove it.
