 WE have had many different mortgage companies in our life and we have never had to deal with such a rotten mortgage company,you call and you never know who your talking to? Second you get maybe twenty different answers,and they have to many call centers,and they are mostly foreigners,who don't understand what your trying to explain to them and they don't seem to understand you,their is not one perspecfic number to call,they you talk to one person,and think you got it straighned out and week later you get letter with something totally different then what they tell you,want to sell home,one ealtor lied big time about area,two about this rotten,third about neighbors,and fifth rotten area,and sixth this awful mortgage company,wish they would sell our mortgage to decent mortgage company,and also one month they tell you to send payment to Carol Stream,ILL,next month tell you to send payment to West Palm beach,fl.and you have to pay money to pay you mortgage wether its over phone or on computer,thing that terrible to have to pay money to pay you mortgage with way the economy is today,they should be lucky your paying them,never mind charging you a high fee $20.00 or $10,00 on computer big ripoff,we all need to hire lawyer and sue them till it hurts,their pocketbooks,like ours.
