Runs several multi-level marketing businesses out of his home.
Such as: Grease Lightning, Global Prosterity "Stairway to Wealth",Quick-Start, Quick 50, The Total Package(Free Nokia cell phone).
Buys and repairs cars to resell.
Has a flooring company called "Thomas and Thomas Flooring by Charles Thomas" that he runs out of his home.
His wife Triwan Davina Sheperd Thomas has a massage therapy business that she also runs out of her home.
She claims my children on her tax returns so the State does not get the arrears that Charles owes.

They are getting Medicaid on the children, which they have kidnapped from me. And telling the children herendous lies about me, trying to make my children hate me.
We are in the middle of custody proceedings.
They live in a $92,000 home, have 4 cars, 2 motorcycles, and a 4 wheeler and claim no income.

After kidnapping my children Charles Thomas and his wife Triwan Thomas have attempted to brain wash the children

After kidnapping my children on 01/17/2003, Charles Thomas and his wife Triwan Thomas have attempted to brain wash the children and kept me from seeing them for 4 months. Mr. Thomas and his wife are fraudulently receiving Medicaid benefits on these children.
He is seeking child support from me. He is still in the arrears of over $9,000, as of November 2003. These arrears have been owed since 1996.
He filed false allegations trying get a domestic violence restaining order on me, which was denied. He has tried to get me in contempt of court and tried to have me arrested for not returning the children to him, after he was told he would need to pick the children up that week end. This was also denied.
Mr. Thomas has not reported an income to the IRS in at least 15 years. He has a flooring business, "Thomas and Thomas Flooring, by Charles Thomas", of which he has several employees.
Before Mr. Thomas and his wife were married on June 1, 2001, she rented an apartment and received state benefits (food stamps and public assistance), that were sent to this apartment, while at the same time, she and the son they have together were living in the home with Mr. Thomas.
In April of 2003, Mr.Thomas refinanced his mortgage of $95,000 to $105,400. His orginial mortgage was obtained with a Veterans Loan. He was never in the military.
He has recently ripped-off his sister's husband for a round $20,000. And, has also tried to get a restraining order on this man, which was also denied.
While the children have been in his care, their grades in school have severely dropped. The older of our 2 children has been arrested twice, and this has been hidden from me. He has instructed the children not to tell me about these incidents.
I was willing to try and work things out of court and come to an aggreement, but Mr. Thomas' attorney has continuiously put our case off since our last court date in August 2003. I have instucted my attorney, of which I have obtained through legal aide, to forget the agreement and let the jugde decided.
