Charles MCEntire Interested in Advertisement of Motorcycle Internet

I recieved an email by someone that went by the name of Charles for my motorcycle that I was selling on craigslist. His email shows the name Charles MCEntire. This was his message sent to me:

Subject line: C.

I'm interested in this (advertisement title)

What is the final price your asking for?

Charles

(the email address he wanted me to contact him at)

P.S: I can only receive your response through my personal mailbox only, so try to make a subject line for safety receiving your message.

Something told me this was a bit odd because I had put in a phone number on the advertisement so that someone could call and talk further about the item. I am glad I went on Google and looked up the name because it brought me straight to this website where I have come to find out that this person has contacted multiple others.

I have not replied because now I know that this is only a scam, and I hope people see this and know not to reply or anything, to know that this is a fake.
