Charles Winters is a fraud, he hired us to work for sending email to craigslist ad posters. We worked hard for his email campaign he stopped paying us. He owe our USD $600.00 till to date.

After long time he contacted me and asked for a help in PHP based project he was working on. I worked for him just with the hope to get the rest of the money, he paid me USD $40.00 but then again he wiped out from screen.

I am really tensed because I had already paid the people who worked on his project.

Now I do not think he will ever pay me.
