I hired this company to provide my family reunion group with an experienced professional tour guide to provide our Charlotte Black/African-American Heritage Tour of Charlotte, NC, only to realize at the 11th hour that the guide they sent could not tell me where the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Statue was located.

In addition, the guide admitted that they had only been giving local tours for two months and that they had only given one bus/minibus group tour. Adding insult to injury, the guide and her boss showed up 10 minutes late for this job.

I was extremely disappointed and felt jaded because I had paid this company a premium of $75.00 per hour for an experienced professional tour guide.
