Charrah Hardamon Charrah Network Technician / IT Services Scam Artist - She took my money and ran! San Diego, CA California, Internet

I hired Charrah in August of 2015. She marketed herself as an experienced "Network Technician" on social media and I had met her through a client of mine. I needed someone to call on to troubleshoot my in office network and also to properly configure it for my purposes so I decided to give her a call and see what she could do.

Charrah assured me of her credentials and went on and on about how she has been doing this sort of work for years, how she is a trained professional, and how she had been chosen for a competitive internship at some start up, etc. It all sounded great at the time, so I hired Charrah to come in, get everything set up, and then to have her come in on a weekly basis for maitenance. We agreed on a fee to be paid for the intial set up and ongoing maitenance and Charrah came in for the first day to get everything set up. I paid her half of the fee the day she came in and promised the other half of the fee when the network was set up and configured. The total fee was to be paid in the amount of $2,500 so I paid her $1,250 upfront. 

Charrah came in the first day to being work on my network in my office. Things got off to a rocky start. One of my employees witnessed her fumbling around with server cables for over four hours while doing google searches on how to put it all together. This did not sound like a "trained professional", but after the first day, I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, as I am not very technically inclined. Two days later, she came in to attempt to finish the intial setup. There were more looks of confusion, frustration, trial and error tests, and silly google searches. It started to became clear to me at this time that she either misrepresented herself and her skill set or outright lied. 

Because I was already out $1,250 I felt compelled to at least have her attempt to figure out the initial setup. I scheduled a 3rd visit with Charrah Hardamon to come in and finish. When the day came for her to show up, she never did. I called after it was an hour past our scheduled time, and she did not answer. I called once more later on that day, and sent several emails and made other attempts to contact her in the weeks that followed. Still no response to date. I have been scammed and have had to hire someone else to fix everything. 

I would sue, but truthfuly, it is not worth the time and expense it would cost me to bring Charrah to justice. 

Charrah Hardamon has RIPPED ME OFF! She cashed my check, took my money, and didn't do the job she said she would do. Charrah misrepresented her skills, lied to my face, and left a mess that another REAL Network Technician had to clean up! Beware when hiring Charrah Hardamon for ANY computer related jobs or really, just BEWARE. Charrah is not an ethical person whatsoever.
