Attention Consumers:

Do NOT use this Charter Company out of Houston, Texas. The company is based out of Hobby Airport in the Signature FBO Building. The owner of this company, Daryl Stewart has been investigated by the FAA for Drug Abuse (found Not Guilty) and has a reputation at the airport of "skirting" the rules.

He talks a big game, but his capabilities fall fall short of his promises. The training of his pilots is questionable, at best. His training program for his pilots is a "Read-then Do" type strategy to meet the FAA minimums.

Charter 1 and/or Certificate Services, both owned by Daryl Stewart are organizations that seem to be held together by a thread. In my opinion, Charter 1 is not a charter company that I would use in the Houston Area.

This is my second rebuttal.

I can only assume The Ripoff Report is a sham in itself.

I filed a rebuttal that was never posted.

This one and only complaint, we don't believe was from a customer.

It was most likely form a competitor or disgruntled employee.

In this case, I believe a disgruntled employee.

Stated reasons for not using Charter One are invalid.

I believe the Complaintant in this was was an employee who was fired.

He was the one who reported the "drug" activity which was investigagted thoroughly and deemed invalid and untrue.

Customers are free to check Charter One's reputation and we believe will be very pleased with Charter One's service and reputation.

We would not even respond to such a bogus report, if we were not sincerely interested in our great service and reputation.

Never heard of Arraka M.

Never have done business with Arraka M.

Investigations happen all the time when someone is accused correctly or falsely.  Found not guilty or baseless to any and all complaints ever initiated against Charter One.

Obviously has no knowledge of Charter One's Training Programs which are 100% simulator based and class room instruction is plentiful for other areas of training not conducted in the simulator.  No such thing as Read then Do training.

Charter One maintains a ARGUS Gold rating for crew experience and training requirements.  The public is always welcome to receive a Argus Report.

Obviously has no knowledge of Charter One's reputation.  Exactly opposite of what is described.

Most of Charter One's customers have had relationships with Charter One for 10 to 20 years.

Charter One provides superior service and attention to a very select group of customers.

Our customers are not "yellow page" customers.  We mainly operate through referrals, not advertisements.

Arraka M, you must not be a Charter One customer or you would also be very pleased.

Arraka M - Please come forward and identify your real complaint.

Sounds like a disgruntled employee, hiding behind the pretense of an unsatisfied customer, although could be a disgruntled competitor, or a customer who was denied service from Charter One.

We are very careful who we allow to be our clients.  It takes more than money to become a Charter One cllient.
